What we collect
What you type into our forms or tell us by phone: your name, phone, email, the property address and details about it. Our website host also records basic visit data such as pages viewed.
How we use it
To contact you about your property or about deals you asked for, and to prepare offers. We don't sell your information. If you sign a contract with us and we assign it, we share the details needed to close with that investor and the title company.
Text messages
We text you only if you checked the box on our form or texted us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of selling to us.
Calls and email
Ask us to stop calling or emailing and we will. Email unsubscribe links work within a few days.
Removing your information
Call or text (916) 701-9530 and ask us to delete your information. We'll remove it unless the law requires us to keep it, for example records of a closed sale.
